Puppy Application
This application does not ensure you will be chosen to adopt one of our puppies it only helps us to better get to know you. The more information and detail you provide will help us to decide if one of our puppies would be well suited to your family. If all of the questions are not answered above in detail we will not be able to process your application. If you need extra room for answering any of the questions above please include that information by number in the questions & comments box.
We are always accepting puppy applications for future litters We DO NOT have puppies all the time normally we will have one litter per year rarely two litters. Due to the volume of applications we receive daily it may take 14 days to get a response. We will inform you that your application has been received. If your application is selected we will contact you when we have a litter planned. Please note we most often have more applications than we do puppies from a particular breeding. We do our best to match the right puppy with the right owner therefore we do not always go in the order the applications are received.
By submitting this application you give Rottweiler Station permission to contact your veterinarian and/or personal references.
When it comes to placing our puppies with new families, it is very important to us that potential new owners have the knowledge, ability, and time to provide an exceptional home where their new puppy will receive the love, care and attention it needs. To help us in choosing the right homes for our puppies, we ask that you complete following application. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing this information to us, and hope that you understand that we have the best interests in mind in requesting it. PLEASE NOTE: Before Completing This Application We are Located In Indiana and we DO NOT ship our puppies. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
If you are unable or unwilling to travel to Indiana to complete the adoption of one of our puppies please do not fill out the application.
WE HAVE NO PUPPIES & NO BREEDINGS PLANNED FOR THE NEXT 15 Months To 2 Years Please Do Not Fill Out This Application Unless you are willing to wait up to 2 years for our next litter of puppies.
